About The Team

We are a US and Serbian team of software engineering experts, helping customers on their journey to design, build, test, and deploy industry-leading GIS solutions. Our software is developed on the Microsoft .NET C# stack often using the ESRI ArcGIS software platform. We build cloud-hosted applications using micro-services in the Microsoft Azure cloud.

What will you do?

• Design & Develop enterprise-level software solutions on the ESRI ArcGIS platform and ArcFM Solution
• Implement code and solutions with a variety of technologies to customize desktop, web, and mobile based solutions for electric, gas, water and wastewater, and telecom utility clients. Technologies used include: C#, .NET, VB, ArcObjects, SQL, Python, HTML, XML, JavaScript, Azure DevOps, Jenkins CI, Jira, GitHub and GitFlow, IIS 7+, Windows installer XML
• Serve as one of the primary contacts to a client base that is knowledgeable, technical, and often in operation-critical functions at utility companies. Create and maintain the client relationships that are valuable to our organization
• Solve internal and external technical issues across database configuration, software defects, and solution education
• The ideal candidate will be able to develop applications independently or as part of a solutions team and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

What qualifications will make you successful?

• University Education completion in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems preferred, or related field with computer emphasis. Other technical degrees are considered in combination with experience
• Master's University Education completion in CS or CIS on top of any BS or BA is also considered.
• Technical certifications in combination with experience are also considered
• Comfortable with travel (up to 25%)
• Experience in Windows-based software development tools, including Visual Studio
• A fluent level of professionalism in oral and written English communication skills
• Experience developing integrations, customizations, and extensions for the ESRI ArcGIS technology stack
• Experience with Continuous Integration and/or Jenkins
• Experience with Windows Installer XML (WiX)
• Experience in Customer IT or Customer Support services

Preferred/Plus

• Experience with the Azure/Azure DevOps technology stack
• Experience with secure coding practices and DevSecOps
