In Serbia, P3 began its story in 2006. We provide our customers with digital services, IT solutions and mobilization.
P3 DIGITAL SERVICES
Our digital services team offers app and software development as well as consulting on issues related to digitalization. We provide international management consulting and innovative engineering services as well as enterprise level software development. By accompanying our customers through the entire process of digitalisation, we offer insight into markets, requirements, and customer experiences, and together with our competencies in agile project management, prototyping, and integration, we can achieve fast and custom-tailored digital solutions.
P3 GLOBAL IT
Our Global IT team is customer centric, agile and accountable for productive, connected, and secure technology environment in P3 Group. We would like to build a new modern IT, and we will define our success based on the success of our users and customers, about making them more productive, connected, and secure, while broadening reach across functions and infrastructure levels within P3. The goal is to enable productivity on any device anywhere, improve security to keep users and company data protected and drive innovation.
P3 AUTOMOTIVE
Our Automotive team consists of data scientists, that tailor individual data analytics solutions for our customers from e2e, by using enhanced statistical methods and modules. The field of focus is on Quality management and Datascience, so our Business model is based on IT services, sata driven sciences and process oriented consulting

10ak dana nakon prijave su me pozvali da dogovorimo prvi intervju, razgovor sa regruterom, pretstavljanje firme, malo komunikacije na engleskom, razgovor o mom iskustvu. Nedelju dana kasnije sam dobio odgovor da su nastavili sa drugim kandidatom. Veoma prijatan intervju i rekao bih sasvim korektna kompanija.

Tehnički intervju je usledio nedelju dana posle prvobitnog uvodnog intervjua. Pitanja su se bazirala na prethodnom iskustvu iz CV-ja, o konkretnim veštinama koje posedujem i kako...

Dva kruga selekcije. Prvi krug sa devojkama iz HR, drugi krug sa potencijalnim menadzerom. Organizacija oba kruga je bila odlicna. HR krug je bio apsolutno korektan, prijatan i bez standardnih HR pitanja koja se citaju sa papira. Pitanja su bila prilagodjena poziciji za koju sam konkurisao. Drugi krug je bio sa HR i potencijalnim menadzerom gde sam imao priliku da ispricam cime sam se do sada bavio sa tehnickog i service management aspekta. I drugi krug je takodje bio prijatan. Finalnu odluku o procesu selekcije sam dobio telefonom sto je svakako jos jedan postupak koji mi se dopao.
