Launched in 2010, Top Eleven lets you create and manage your own football club and lead them to glory against opponents from around the world. Today with 240 million players it is the world's most successful mobile football management game. And when you need a break from management, you can master the art of free-kicks with Golden Boot—an action flick football game with more than 65 million players on IM and mobile. From the world of football, our latest venture takes you to the world of fantasy, filled with powerful spells and epic battles. Launched in July 2019, Heroic - Magic Duel is a rich real-time tactical card game you’ll be hearing about.

While building competitive PvP games is a great way to achieve that, it certainly isn’t the only way. We exist to give the world more champions. On a mission to drive digital innovation in Serbia, and to put the country on the global map of gaming, we co-founded the Digital Serbia Initiative and Serbian Games Association. We established Nordeus Hub in 2019 with a desire to deliver engaging and practical programs, host different community initiatives by offering a free collaborative co-working space for people in the gaming industry. Through these non-profit organizations, we’re helping develop the education system, supporting the growth of our startup and gaming ecosystem, and pushing the digital agenda in the public dialogue. We believe in Serbia, and we want to transform it into one of the world’s leading digital innovation and game development hubs. Who’s with us?

    Kako je izgledao proces
    Prijavio se za Game Design Internship, ali zbog prevelikog broja prijava nisam dobio priliku. Medjutim kontaktiran sam od strane regrutera za Early Talent program povodom oportunistickog razgovora. Intervju je bio zaista prijatan, odvijao se preko online video poziva i trajao je nešto kraće od sat vremena. Kako je zvaničan jezik kompanije Engleski, komunicirali smo na njemu.

    Ceo proces je trajao 2 nedelje
    Kako je izgledao proces
    HR intervju je bio vrlo prijatan i na engleskom. Drugi krug je razgovor sa kolegama iz QA tima, vrlo su profesionalni i spremni da pomognu tokom intervjua, proverava se nacin razmisljanja kako bi se nesto testiralo. Feedback se dobija brzo i vrlo je detaljan. Sve pohvale za ovaj proces selekcije.

    - Puno razlike izmedju inženjera i ostalih timova
    - Otkaz trudnicama??? a ovamo doniraju bolnicama da prekriju to!

    - Previše "ko se voli taj i dobro prolazi"
    - Aktivnosti van firme nisu "obavezne" ali ko ne ide često odmah se to vidi i nije dobro za Vas
    - Nije dovoljno da dobro radite svoj posao morate uvek da izmišljate toplu vodu kako biste sačuvali svoje mesto
    - Previše otkaza - odlaska (ako je tako dobra firma, zar to nije čudno?)
    - Nikad nisi siguran da li ti je ovo poslednji dan (stresno i pored samog posla)
    - Kao navodno su neke porodilje "dobile otkaz" -ne daju otkaze već sporazumni raskid > SRAMOTA
