Luxoft je velika internacionalna kompanija i stvarno imaju jako dobro razvijene procese. Tim je jako ljubazan i svi su spremni da podele znanje. S obzirom da svi uglavnom radimo od kuce, dobili smo i najmolderniju opremu za rad. Pored toga imaju i veliku e learning platformu gde bukvalno mozete sve da naucite. Velika prednost je i sto Luxoft ima razlicite projekte pa se uvek uce nove stvari.

Luxoft covers lots of different domains with lots of various projects, making it possible to fit in whatever your experience is. Comparing to my previous employers, here I am constantly able to evolve in different directions, and Luxoft tries its best to boost its employees in their aspirations to gain more knowledge, experience and competencies. This was not the case in my previous workplace, where upon reaching a certain level I couldn't even hope for any growth as a specialist, and the fact that Luxoft is the opposite of that, sometimes even inspiring its employees to go and be the best versions of themselves and expand their toolset—that's one of the biggest gems for me. Another huge bonus is that apart from being an international company with high standards and culture, Luxoft cares for its employees, undertaking even logistical nightmares of relocating its teams en masse when the external factors like conflicts take place. Truly makes you think you're part of a big family, and not just a cog in the machine.

Given the variety of domains and projects, it's impossible to claim that every and each one of them is as good as the next one, yet so far I haven't heard of any specific project from which employees would run away sporadically.

I like working in Luxoft as the company takes care of employees. Since first days here insurance, corporative events, equipment and tons of learning are available. The managers and team leads really do their work for project's success. Projects are interesting and includes using many modern technologies of world known brands.

Some workflows are huge and slow. As it is out-source company you are not the 'owner' of the project you develop. You have to follow the requirements of the customer.
