The most significant part of our 25 years long history is rebranding as JAGGAER in 2017 - in June SciQuest from the USA acquires Austrian company Pool4Tool, then a leading provider of direct sourcing and supply chain management software. In December they acquire BravoSolution, the company from Italy. So JAGGAER's name was part of their unification.

U mom slučaju, ovo je bilo jedno bogato i lepo iskustvo. Dok sam bio zaposlen u ovoj kompaniji, prolazio sam kroz neverovatno težak period i upravo su mi ljudi iz ove kompanije pomogli da prevaziđem neke prepreke, da preguram lakše, da se osećam bolje. I hvala im na tome, to neću ikada zaboraviti.

Kratak, ali prijatan poziv sa caricom iz HR departmana. Nakon što me je detaljno i krajnje pozitivno uvela u sve detalje, pitala me je da li sam raspoložen i spreman da izdvojim vreme za test u vidu zadatka, na šta sam pristao. Zadatak nije bio težak, uradio sam ga u Symfony 4 i Doctrine 2 na back-u, uz nešto malo jquery-a...
Kratak, ali prijatan poziv sa caricom iz HR departmana. Nakon što me je detaljno i krajnje pozitivno uvela u sve detalje, pitala me je da li sam raspoložen i spreman da izdvojim vreme za test u vidu zadatka, na šta sam pristao. Zadatak nije bio težak, uradio sam ga u Symfony 4 i Doctrine 2 na back-u, uz nešto malo jquery-a uz nešto css-a na front-u (namerno oskudno, jer nije bio akcenat na tome), jer sam iskoristio prednost koju dobijam ako ga odradim u tom stack-u (tražio se backend dev). Nakon uspešno odrađenog i poslatog testa, pozvan sam na tehnički intervju, na kojem me je dočekala veoma pozitivna tročlana ekipa, sa kojima sam se ispričao kao da se znamo 100 godina. Meni ovo znači mnogo, jer se unervozim pred i tokom razgovora za posao, vrlo često i pretrnem do te mere da ne znam ni kako se zovem. Sa njima je moj haos trajao od momenta kada sam ušao do momenta kada mi je članica HR-a pružila ruku. Cenim dvadesetak sekundi. :) Ovo nije preterivanje, pošto je totalno opuštena ekipa, zaista su dali sve od sebe da me opuste i da mi dočaraju koliko je pozitivno i prijateljski nastrojeno radno okruženje, što se kasnije ispostavilo apsolutno istinito. Osim priče, bio je i zadatak "na tabli", koji je bilo neophodno da rešim i da objasnim zbog čega sam ga rešio upravo na način na koji sam ga rešio (što je opravdano, obzirom na to da sam samouki tech čova). Sve u svemu, bez obzira na to što sam prošao, ove ljude ne mogu dovoljno da preporučim, baš zbog toga što su bili apsolutna podrška tokom intervjua i tokom testova. Ovom prilikom im se i zahvaljujem na tome što su baš takvi kakvi su. Ne samo zbog toga što su bili apsolutni carevi tokom intervjua, već i zbog svega što su učinili za mene nakon što smo i zvanično postali kolege. Hvala vam i blago onome ko bude imao privilegiju da vas oslove sa "kolega/koleginice". :) To je iskustvo koje neću ikada zaboraviti.
