Senior Application Operations Engineer (BSS)

We are seeking a skilled Senior Application Operations BSS Engineer with Telco experience to join our MS Division. The client is one of the biggest telecom providers in Western Europe, and the position includes both development and operations.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge in BSS and CRM systems
• Extensive experience in telco domain                    
• Knowledge in programming languages (Java, JavaScript, VB or other)
• Advanced MS SQL, Oracle SQL knowledge
• Experience with Linux, Windows Administration, and Shell Scripting
• Telco Network and infrastructure knowledge

Project description:

• Configuration of BSS systems and MVNO
• Deployment of new CRs and deployment support
• Monitor, Support and Troubleshoot daily BSS processes
• Develop and deliver training to colleagues and clients
• Maintaining record of work activities and technical documentation
• Monitor work within the team and assigned subject expertise
• Continually improve processes and procedure
