LEAD HARDWARE ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

• Design new computer hardware, create schematics of computer equipment to be built.
• Test the completed models of the hardware designed by 3rd parties.
• Analyze the test results and modify the design as needed.
• Update existing computer equipment so that it will work with new software.
• Maintain knowledge of computer engineering trends and new technology.
• Help design and develop application components driven by existing and future platforms.

Experience & Skills

• You should be an expert working with advanced oscilloscopes, multimeters.
• You should be familiar with both logic analyzers & signal generators.
• You should have a passion for problem solving. You are the leader.
• Your ability to think outside the box will be vital for our success.
• You should know how to test and validate circuit designs and know about both analog & digital designs.
• You should be experienced in implementing firmware designs. You should be able to write production quality code in C, Assembly or VHDL, and the ability to use all 3 would be ideal. Experience in design of industrial graded electronics would be your great advantage. Good verbal and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in an international team with international customers.

Qualifications

• University or equivalent education (Electronics or Electrical Engineering).
