What would be your mission?
The Information Security Manger is a member of Risk and Compliance team and will promote the control of the IT related risk management and information security activities undertaken, encompassing all infrastructure and software applications, with a particular emphasis on Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance. This would include participation in the creation of policies and the execution of processes undertaken to ensure compliance with these policies.
What would be your responsibilities?
- To maintain and enforce the System risk management and Information security risk management framework/methodology
- To document and maintain the System risk governance methodology, the System risk management policies and the Information Security Policy and Standards
- To protect customer account data by organizing and conducting processes that includes requirements for security management, policies, procedures, network architecture, software design and other critical protective measures
- To coordinate with other members of the information technology function and end user departments to implement and sustain appropriate technical and procedural controls to support this objective
- To organize, conduct, and perform system risk and information security risk assessment and gap analysis process for all technologies, products, functions introduced
- To monitor compliance with the Security Standards, Policies and Architecture
- To prepares incident reports
You are a good candidate for this position if you fulfill the following:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, IT Computer Sciences, Information Systems or Engineering. MBA preferred
- More than 5 years' experience in the IT risk management and/or IT Audit related activities of the financial industry. CISSP accreditation preferred
- Excellent oral and written skills on a business level in English
- Understanding of modern networking technologies and network security controls
- Good communication and leadership skills.
