What will you do:
- Work either in evening shift (5pm-1am CET) or night shift (1am-9am CET)
- Works in a team environment with a low level of supervision as an accomplished product/system family specialist to support end users.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, addressing their inquiries and issues related to systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems and infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum client satisfaction.
- Deploy, and maintain reliable and scalable systems and networks for clients, ensuring they meet their specific requirements.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to maintain an accurate knowledge base and facilitate efficient knowledge transfer among team members.
- Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend upgrades or enhancements to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and operations teams, to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
What we expect from you:
- At least 5 years overall IT experience
- Good level of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) is a must – English is our main working language
- At least High school or college in the field of Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering or similar;
Technical requirements with proven hands on experience:
- Windows Server 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019, RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu
- Virtualization platforms like Hyper-V and VMware
- Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, DHCP
- WSUS and scheduling patch roll outs
- Microsoft Windows 8, 10 and 11
- Microsoft 365 administration
- MS office applications, MS Outlook and basic network configuration
- P2S and S2S VPN configuration and troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Troubleshooting network connectivity issues between system and devices
- Working with ITSM and tracking tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, ConnectWise
