About the Role:
As a Game Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our mission by analyzing large datasets and translating them into actionable insights specifically for game analysis. We specialize in leveraging on-chain and off-chain data for attribution and game management, providing actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for our partners. You will play a vital role in delivering insights that inform critical decisions and drive game growth, focusing on player behavior, engagement, and monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
Game Performance Analysis:
- Develop and deliver insights on player engagement, monetization, and overall game performance.
- Identify trends and patterns in player behavior to inform game design and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement statistical models for attribution and other key game metrics.
Ad-hoc Reporting:
- Respond to data requests from various stakeholders across the company.
- Create custom dashboards and reports to visualize complex game data sets.

Use your expertise in SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources, including on-chain and off-chain data.

Provide insights to drive game feature development and marketing strategies.
Visualization & Delivery:
- Leverage Sigma and other data visualization tools to communicate complex insights in a clear and compelling way.
- Present findings to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to integrate data insights into game features.
Core Platform Development:
- Design and build dashboards that provide actionable insights to game developers.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand platform requirements.
- Implement dashboards using our proprietary data visualization tools and APIs.
- Ensure dashboards are visually appealing, user-friendly, and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze dashboard usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on game analysis preferred.
- Expertise in SQL and Python programming languages.
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in Sigma and other relevant tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- High degree of urgency.
- Passion for the gaming industry and a desire to leverage data to improve games.
