Our hiring process is an important part of the way we work and our culture. Like in many life situations, before finding the perfect match, you need to know what you are looking for. So, before applying, make sure you know what’s your passion, what’s important to you and what’s your next career step.
We post our job ads on our social media profiles (mostly LinkedIn), different platforms (like Helloworld), job boards and our own website (4createsoft.com), so make sure you are up to date with our posts!
After you find the job ad that sparks your passion, send us your application following our guidelines! IIf our hiring team believes you would be a match for the role, our Recruiter will invite you to our hiring process.
While the process may differ slightly for different roles or teams, the same basics apply for all of our roles: Cultural fit assessment, Technical assessment, Management assessment and Offer decision.
Our employees are our culture! That’s why it’s important to us to find members who will fit within our culture, and add value to it. Cultural fit assessment is done during the first call (Initial HR Call). The Initial HR Call lasts up to 40 minutes and it is structured in three parts: screening resume, cultural fit and company presentation. Our HR will ask you questions relevant to your resume and the role you have applied for. HR will also focus on assessing your ore values, communication style and growth mind-set. This call is the opportunity for you to assess us, too! Share your questions and dilemmas regarding our products, processes and benefits.
After the Initial Call, you will be invited to the next stage, which is Technical assessment. The assessment usually consists of either a technical task (homework), and/or a Technical Interview with your future Team Lead/Team members.
With successfully passing the Technical assessment, our HR will reach out to you to discuss the potential offer (salary expectations, benefits, start date etc.). If we are aligned, we will move you forward to the last step - Management Call. The Management Call focuses on meeting our partner and receiving comprehensive information about the project, current stages, and future plans and goals.
